MARIA AGUDO TARANCON,
Director and Founder of Excellence Silver Service Training, has been in the Aviation field for the last twenty three years: five years in Commercial Aviation as Cabin Crew and Purser, and for the past eighteen years in Corporate Aviation, working as Lead VIP Flight Attendant for two of the Swiss leaders in Corporate Aviation.
An aviation specialist herself, Maria has contributed for the past eleven years to the business development and success of Worldwide Private Jet Companies and Private Owned Operations as Cabin Crew Manager, In-Flight Service Director, Silver Service Trainer, Consultant and Recruiter: supervising and managing teams over thirty corporate flight attendants, sharing her extensive experience in wide and narrow-body business jet aircrafts.
Our partner DELPHINE LACHAMBRE,
Twenty-eight years’ experience in the Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management field, with a Master Degree in « Arts de la Table », specialist in Sommelier and trained with the best Michelin-starred restaurants.
Currently teaching in a Hotel & Restaurant Management School and operating as In-Flight Service Trainer and VIP Flight Attendant in a well-known Corporate Company for the last seven years.
